InterEx Group is seeking a Senior Security Cloud Engineer to join the Engineering and Operations team, focusing on the Microsoft Azure platform. The role requires proven expertise in cloud security, Azure networking, identity, and governance.

You will operationalise production-ready solutions, document cloud best practices, and collaborate with application and support teams to ensure post-implementation readiness and ongoing security posture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Senior-level cloud security engineering role.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational components spanning network, security, identity, operations, and governance in the Azure cloud.
• Develop and document cloud best practices, guidelines, and guardrails for cloud technologies.
• Operationalise solutions from PoC to production using automation for repeatability and standards.
• Collaborate with app/support teams to deploy cloud environments following best practices.
• Partner with operations to ensure resources and capabilities post-implementation.
