JD Power is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Success (Auto Adjacent Solutions) for a remote US role. You will lead a high‑impact team, drive renewals, and shape enterprise customer strategies while partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to maximize retention and growth.

You will coach leaders, manage complex negotiations, and ensure disciplined execution across the function, delivering strong customer value and predictable revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of customer success leadership experience.
• Proven success scaling complex B2B teams.
• Executive presence and cross‑functional leadership ability.
• Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent) CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewals bookings and team performance across industry/portfolio.
• Coach and develop team members; enforce renewals process adherence.
• Coordinate activities across segments, products, and customer types.
• Engage with executives in high‑value deals and strategic accounts.
• Monitor metrics: renewals, retention, ARR, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
