Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead strategic data, AI, and technology transformation for major CPG and Retail clients.

You will manage portfolios, advise C-suite stakeholders, and shape high-value solutions across commercial, supply chain, and enterprise data modernization priorities. The role requires 12+ years in consulting and hands-on fluency with Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, technology advisory, data/analytics, or digital transformation with CPG or Retail exposure.
• Proven track record leading large client portfolios or transformation programs.
• Hands-on fluency with Databricks and Snowflake plus cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expertise in modern data architecture, governance, quality, integration, and security.
• Strong AI/ML, GenAI capabilities with commercial and operational use cases.
• CPG/Retail domain knowledge in RGM, TPM, pricing, personalization, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with CDOs, CMOs, CSCOs, CIOs and other executives.
• Develop data, analytics, AI, and modernization strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Shape solutions across RGM, TPM, pricing, demand planning, and customer analytics.
• Lead solutioning for pursuits with value cases, architecture, and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to identify new opportunities.
• Develop thought leadership and market narratives around data and GenAI.
