Qualifications

• Consulting: Experience in translating business problems into applied AI solutions and leading pre-sales activities
• Data Science: 3+ years of hands-on data science and AI domains (CV, NLP, Advanced Analytics)
• Engineering: Delivery of AI from concept to production; familiarity with MLOps & data analytics platforms
• Leadership: Track record leading AI programs and scaling Data Science/AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Discover, envision and land Data Science, AI and ML opportunities with EPAM teams and clients
• Lead cross-functional teams through business challenges to define AI-based solutions
• Deliver AI products that provide measurable value to end users
• Contribute to EPAM competency development in AI/DS/ML and new offerings
• Apply practical engineering thinking to real-world ML applications
• Collaborate with DevOps on infrastructure and release planning
