Job summary
EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to drive Data & AI modernization programs for global clients.
You will own presales end-to-end, design cloud-native architectures, and advise senior stakeholders on enterprise data strategies. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in data technology consulting or solution architecture, with hands-on Databricks and Snowflake experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data technology consulting, data architecture, or solution architecture for enterprise-scale data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong legacy data warehousing and ETL understanding (Oracle, DB2, Informatica, SSIS) and migration challenges.
- Proven track record of leading complex data modernization programs into production.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive-level advisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Presales Lifecycle: design solutions, scope work, and estimate effort.
- Drive Discovery & Advisory: workshops to define legacy migration roadmaps and data strategies.
- Design modern cloud architectures for Data & AI solutions using lakehouse patterns.
- Bridge business and technology across sales, delivery, and technical teams.
