Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Director, Client Delivery & Experience to lead AI strategy, large-scale delivery, and Enablement tools that support the client experience. You will collaborate with Technology, Product, data, and compliance to prioritize use-cases, build business cases, and drive Agile delivery; you will oversee readiness, go-live support, and ongoing optimization.

Based in the U.S. with remote flexibility, you will manage a cross-functional team, establish governance and KPIs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years PBM experience
• 1+ years evaluating and implementing tools and technology platforms
• Experience leading PBM client readiness, go-live support, or large-scale initiatives
• Strong Agile methodology knowledge and backlog management
• Advanced program and project management skills in governance and risk
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive materials

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver PBM client readiness and operational readiness.
• Lead cross-functional PBM initiatives from discovery to production.
• Coach and develop the Enablement team and ensure succession.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, and performance standards.
• Deliver executive-level communications and dashboards.
