Job summary

Cotiviti, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead remote, cross-functional technology delivery and champion AI-native engineering practices. You will align software delivery with key business priorities and drive outcomes.

You will build a multi-team organization, advance AI-enabled workflows, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance to maintain quality across distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years in leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience delivering complex software systems using modern technologies such as Java and cloud platforms.
Proven success in leading multiple teams to deliver enterprise software across distributed organizations.
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries with compliance and data privacy requirements preferred.
