You will lead Java-based backend systems and workflow-integrated solutions while collaborating with architects and engineering teams. Responsibilities include leading the design of Java microservices, implementing AI-enabled capabilities for workflow automation, and mentoring engineers to uphold best practices in distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8-10+ years of enterprise backend development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience integrating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise systems and understanding distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and microservices.
• Implement AI-enabled service capabilities for workflow automation and decision support across various platforms.
• Provide technical leadership through design/code reviews, mentoring engineers, and guiding best practices.
