Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area of study; high school diploma/ GED acceptable with experience
• 10 years of actuarial work experience, 5 in healthcare or PBM
• 7 years of leadership experience
• Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)

Aufgaben

• Leads a team of actuaries to provide strategic pricing advice on structures and methodology using market research, financial projections, and complex actuarial modeling
• Collaborates with underwriters, client engagement, and senior leadership on RFPs and pricing/risk initiatives across lines of business
• Develops forecasting assumptions related to utilization, unit cost, benefit design, and regulatory events
• Ensures scalable processes and controls aligned with actuarial standards
• Leads negotiations and presentations and translates complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Manages department budget, staffing, performance and development, and interacts with stakeholders
