Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related area; or equivalent
• ASA or FSA actuarial designation required
• 10 years actuarial experience, 5 in healthcare/PBM
• Leadership experience (7+ years)

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of actuaries to provide strategic pricing advice on structures and methodology
• Collaborates with underwriters, client engagement, and senior leadership on RFPs and pricing initiatives
• Develops forecasting assumptions related to utilization, unit cost, and regulatory events
• Oversees pricing processes and ensures adherence to actuarial standards
• Manages department budget, staffing, performance and development
