Ladders is seeking a Senior Direct, Technology Product Management - Enterprise Applications to lead strategy and lifecycle of the enterprise applications portfolio supporting finance and operations. This remote US-based role partners with global finance stakeholders to drive value and integration health.

Responsibilities include delivering a 3-year roadmap, guiding design, promoting new technologies, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of treasury management systems and bank connectivity standards (MT940, CAMT, XML v3).
• Experience with procurement and vendor management platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and integration architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
