Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Direct, Technology Product Management - Enterprise Applications to lead strategy and lifecycle of the enterprise applications portfolio supporting finance and operations. This remote US-based role partners with global finance stakeholders to drive value and integration health.

Responsibilities include delivering a 3-year roadmap, guiding design, promoting new technologies, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of treasury management systems and bank connectivity standards (MT940, CAMT, XML v3).
• Experience with procurement and vendor management platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and integration architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Direct, Technology Product Management - Enterprise Applications to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead the strategy and lifecycle management of the enterprise applications portfolio that supports core finance and operational functions. The position is responsible for shaping a multi-year roadmap, guiding design and evaluation decisions, and ensuring the technology landscape delivers reliable business value. You will partner closely with product management, production support, and global finance stakeholders to strengthen integration health, resolve issues promptly, and align platform capabilities with business priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually
