Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support multiple business units within a dynamic marketing organization. This hands-on role focuses on executing digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, website updates, social media, email marketing, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will work independently, execute campaigns across platforms, analyze performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. This is not a people-management role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, SEM, and SEO.
• Experience launching and optimizing digital campaigns personally.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Experience with content management systems (preferably AEM) or similar CMS.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (prefer Marketo or similar).
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Strong reporting and data analysis for performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid search, paid social, and other digital media campaigns.
• Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, content optimization, performance monitoring, and recommendations implementation.
• Support website updates and content implementation using a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager or comparable platforms.
• Schedule and manage organic social media content.
• Support email marketing execution, including campaign setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain digital marketing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign, website, and marketing performance data and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across Communications, Marketing, commercial, and IT teams.
• Support website-related needs and troubleshoot digital issues.
