The ideal candidate will quickly step in, manage campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, SEM, and SEO.
• Demonstrated experience personally launching and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, or comparable analytics platforms.
• Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Marketo or comparable tools.
• Experience with social media management platforms, preferable Hootsuite or comparable tools.
• Strong experience building performance reports and analyzing digital marketing data.
• Ability to work independently and personally execute marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid search, paid social, and other digital media campaigns.
• Launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, content optimization, performance monitoring, and implementation of approved recommendations.
• Support website updates and content implementation using a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager or comparable platforms.
• Schedule and manage organic social media content.
• Support email marketing execution, including campaign setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain digital marketing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign, website, and marketing performance data and recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across Communications, Marketing, commercial teams, and technology/IT teams.
• Support website-related needs and troubleshoot digital issues where possible.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
