Job summary

WellBeam, Inc. seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own and improve the AWS infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and production security operations. You’ll serve as the security lead for SOC 2 and HIPAA, working with Platform and Engineering teams and external advisors.

This remote role reports to the CTO and collaborates with Integrations, Customer Delivery, and Compliance. You will automate security-heavy processes and consolidate ownership across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with security ownership.
• AWS production experience including ECS/Fargate, VPC, IAM, RDS, KMS.
• Infrastructure as code with CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
• Secure SDLC with integrated security scanning in CI/CD.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 and HIPAA audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve multi-account AWS environment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed SAST, SCA, container scanning, and secrets detection.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and security operations.
• Coordinate SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Integrations, and customers.
