Job summary

WellBeam, a healthcare interoperability platform, is seeking a security-first DevSecOps Engineer to own AWS infrastructure, pipelines, and security. You will report to the CTO and partner with Engineering, Product, and Compliance to ensure robust controls.

The role focuses on SOC 2 and HIPAA technical controls, vulnerability management, and incident response. WellBeam is a remote-first team with flexible hours and regular company offsites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps/SRE with deep AWS, security, and automation expertise.
• Strong IAM, networking, Docker, and scripting skills; SOC 2/HIPAA experience.
• Experience implementing security controls and audits in cloud environments.
