Job summary

Jack & Jill is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, provisioning via Terraform. You will manage containerized microservices on Kubernetes and optimize CI/CD pipelines in a fully remote contract role.

You will lead security, IAM, and production health monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, collaborating with client environments across diverse deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience with production ownership.
• Expertise in at least two major cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go to automate infrastructure, security policies, and IAM configurations.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provision and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure via IaC (Terraform) across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
• Build and optimize automated CI/CD release pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Manage containerized microservices deployments on Kubernetes and monitor health with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
