Job summary

The Mind Company is hiring a remote Platform Engineer to shape AI-driven software at scale. You’ll own infrastructure as code, CI/CD, release automation, data pipelines, and production monitoring, with room to experiment with AI tooling across the org.

You’ll start embedded with one product team and expand across others, collaborating with engineers to improve reliability, performance, and developer velocity in a fully remote, North/South America setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related field.
• Comfortable working across multiple codebases you don’t fully know yet.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and applying it to real systems.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and production monitoring.
• Help define how AI is used across engineering and build shared tooling and workflows.
• Scale influence across engineering through documentation, demos, and reusable tooling.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to improve reliability and developer velocity.
