Job summary
The Mind Company is seeking a fully remote DevOps/Platform Engineer to help keep our platform healthy and shape how we build software with AI. We already have broad AI adoption across engineering and you’ll have room to explore and define what comes next, including tooling adoption and shared practices.
You’ll start embedded on one product team to gain real context on engineering workflows and will grow your scope across teams over time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
- Comfortable working across many different codebases.
- Genuine excitement about AI and applying it to real systems.
- Built tooling that other engineers actually adopted.
- Able to drive projects to completion without heavy management.
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and monitoring.
- Define how AI is used across engineering and build shared tooling and workflows.
- Scale impact through documentation, demos, and tooling for engineers to adopt.
- Work with engineers across teams and influence engineering practices direction.
