Job summary

LockedIn AI is building a platform engineering team to design, build, and operate the internal platform powering our AI products and services. You will shape cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and scalable AI-driven workloads to support millions of users.

The ideal candidate brings strong cloud experience, a platform-as-a-product mindset, and hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, IaC, and DevOps best practices. This role offers a remote-first environment with optional NYC collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Experience managing production cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability systems.
• Implement security best practices and scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, data, and security teams; document decisions and standards.
