Job summary

Encoura seeks an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to partner with product and tech teams. You will design and develop automated processes to scale, secure, and optimize our Azure environment, including CI/CD, monitoring, and data maintenance.

Strong Azure networking knowledge and scripting能力 are essential for real-time systems delivery. You’ll build and manage infrastructure using Terraform, operate Azure apps, and collaborate across teams to integrate deployments while championing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• 3+ years using Azure core services (VMs, VNets, LB, Blob, SQL).
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep/ARM templates for IaC.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Familiar with CI/CD, security tooling, and costModelling.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and manage Azure-based infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate projects into prod/test Azure environments.
• Lead security, reliability, and scalability improvements in the lifecycle.
• Provide on-call support for critical production issues.
