Job summary

1Password is seeking a seasoned Developer Marketing professional to own lifecycle programs and drive activation from first touch to signup. You’ll manage the Developer Hub, partner with Engineers and Developer Advocates, and optimize conversion using analytics and experiments.

In a remote-first US/Canada role, you’ll craft technical content, nurture campaigns, and collaborate across product, design, and marketing to grow developer adoption of our tools and APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in developer marketing, lifecycle or CRM marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Experience building lifecycle programs improving activation and retention with measurable results.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and lifecycle tools and product analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to own or improve website conversion with A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills and credibility with developers.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and developer advocates on APIs/SDK concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from events and social channels.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure calls to action, tracking, and nurture plans.
• Turn social engagement into measurable traffic and signups via landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and re-engagement.
• Define activation milestones and segment messaging by behavior and tech stack.
• Own the Developer Hub strategy, messaging, and conversion across pages and events.
• Write or direct tutorials, changelogs, and email content; build data-driven reports.
