1Password LLC is seeking a Developer Relations Marketing Lead to build and optimize lifecycle programs for developers, from first touch to signup and ongoing engagement. You’ll own the journey, partner with DevRel, design conversion-focused content, and drive activation through the Developer Hub.

Qualifications

4+ years of developer marketing, lifecycle or CRM marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
Proven experience building lifecycle programs improving activation and retention with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable) and product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog).
Experience owning or improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
Strong writing skills and ability to tailor messaging for developers.

Responsibilities

Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels.
Collaborate with Developer Relations to ensure events and content drive clear calls to action and post-event nurture.
Turn social moments into measurable traffic and signups via targeted landing pages and offers.
Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
Define activation milestones (API calls, builds, integrations) and tailor messaging by behavior/language/tech stack.
Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion; run tests on copy, CTAs, and signup flows; work with Design/Engineering/Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample apps, changelogs, and emails; build reporting from first touch through retention; provide roadmap-shaping insights.
