Evans, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Data Control Analyst to join a contract supporting the Federal Aviation Administration.

This role will aid deployment of an air traffic support system and assist the deployment project coordination team with data-quality and implementation-controls. The ideal candidate should reconcile records to source documentation, trace discrepancies, follow controlled processes, and escalate when clarification is needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong data discipline and ownership in operational roles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for reconciliation, validation, and analysis.
• Ability to follow defined procedures while escalating when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication for data quality and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate data in implementation databases and trackers.
• Reconcile information against source documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or conflicting data across sites and workstreams.
• Support implementation checklists, SOPs, and repository documentation.
• Escalate issues requiring technical or management resolution and capture lessons learned.
