Family Care Center is seeking a Revenue Recovery Manager to oversee the Denials and Follow-Up team in a remote setting. You will manage day-to-day operations, address escalated payer issues, and partner with the Director to drive denial reduction and faster resolutions across the claims lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle (denials focus) with at least 3 years in supervision, plus strong EHR and billing system experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Eight years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with denials management focus, including at least three years of supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes.
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Denials and Follow-Up team operations and performance.
• Coach staff toward performance goals and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze denial trends by payer and reason; report to Director, Revenue Recovery.
• Collaborate with Payment Posting & Coding Manager to identify and fix upstream errors causing denials.
• Develop and deliver training on payer requirements, appeal procedures, and documentation standards.
• Monitor aged accounts receivable tied to denials and manage write-offs and appeals.
