Job summary

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead the unconstrained demand plan across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate market signals and lifecycle events into actionable forecast scenarios for supply and inventory planning.

The role requires 8+ years in demand planning or related fields, strong statistical forecasting skills, and experience with ERP/BI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience owning demand forecasts across multiple products, customers, geographies, or lifecycle stages.
• Experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Experience with statistical forecasting, forecast-performance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive-level decision support.
• Experience with ERP, advanced planning, demand-planning, BI tools; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Experience in regulated or medical device/healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons using statistical forecasts and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly demand reviews to build consensus forecast and assumptions with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations.
• Analyze historical demand, orders, customer behavior, trends, promotions, and lifecycle events to identify forecast risks and opportunities.
• Measure forecast performance and coordinate corrective actions; communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop demand scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Operations to communicate demand changes while preserving unbiased unconstrained demand.
