Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in the United States is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for the ELM Marketing team. This role drives demand generation programs, builds and optimizes emails, landing pages, and nurture workflows, and analyzes performance in Salesforce and Google Analytics 4.

You will collaborate with campaign managers, improve lead routing, and maintain website analytics while supporting campaign strategy discussions. This is a remote role open to applicants in the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and executing email, landing page, nurture, or other multi-channel digital programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, campaign measurement, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience using marketing and website performance data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Ability to investigate issues, solve problems, and improve processes across interconnected platforms and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and digital reporting tools.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email and landing page troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns designed to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, webinar communications, and other digital marketing assets.
• Partner with Campaign Managers to translate campaign strategy into effective digital experiences and measurable programs.
• Contribute to audience segmentation, channel planning, testing strategies, and ongoing campaign optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness through experimentation and continuous improvement.
