Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and executing email, landing page, nurture, or other multi-channel digital programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, campaign measurement, and customer journey optimization.
• Experience using marketing and website performance data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Ability to investigate issues, solve problems, and improve processes across interconnected platforms and workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
• Build, test, deployment, and optimization of email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and webinar communications.
• Partner with Campaign Managers to translate strategy into effective digital experiences and measurable programs.
• Contribute to audience segmentation, channel planning, testing strategies, and ongoing optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness through experimentation.
• Support administration and optimization of Marketo and Salesforce for marketing use cases.
• Manage campaign setup, tracking, lead routing, lifecycle status, attribution inputs, and reporting processes.
• Troubleshoot digital program and lead flow issues and coordinate solutions.
• Improve and automate marketing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor marketing data quality and support governance across programs.
• Maintain ongoing website management, content updates, landing pages, forms, and conversion optimization.
• Assist in maintaining SEO, AEO & GEO best practices.
• Maintain analytics configurations, tracking tags, UTM standards, and cookie consent management.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform owners to improve website performance.
