Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI programs, guiding distributed teams through platform modernization, GenAI initiatives, and production-grade analytics. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk, work with Directors and VPs, and ensure governance, data quality, and responsible-AI practices across nearshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years delivering data/analytics programs.
• 3+ years hands-on data engineering, architecture, BI/analytics, or data science.
• Producing data platforms on at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Delivery experience on AI/ML or GenAI production initiatives.
• Strong governance, data quality, and MLOps fundamentals.
• Full ownership of project financials and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, quality, budget, and margin for data engagements.
• Lead delivery of data platform modernization and AI use cases.
• Ensure data is AI-ready with governance, lineage, and controls.
• Incorporate AI-accelerated practices in delivery and planning.
• Set up human-in-the-loop controls and responsible-AI practices.
• Measure delivery velocity, quality, and AI adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams across nearshore and offshore locations.
• Act as primary delivery contact for Directors and VPs.
• Collaborate with solution architects on technical decisions.
• Support pre-sales with solution shaping and delivery approaches.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive outcome-based models.
• Capture reusable accelerators and mentor delivery leads.
