EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applied AI Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered products. You will own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, and identify high-value AI opportunities across GenAI, ML, search, and automation.

Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams, influence stakeholders up to VP level, and mentor a team of Product Owners to advance responsible AI practices while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, end-to-end delivery and post-launch launches.
• At least one proven AI-powered product or feature delivery.
• AI literacy regarding capabilities, limitations, and failure modes plus profitability awareness.
• Expertise across 3+ business domains enabling credible business-domain SME.
• Daily practical use of AI across research, discovery, analysis, documentation, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI products.
• Manage backlogs, releases, and AI economics trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level and lead product launches.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers and promote responsible AI practices.
