Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Deal Strategy Program Manager to scale support for the sales organization. You’ll own complex deals end-to-end, shape processes, and mentor teammates while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

This role emphasizes autonomy, sound judgment, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced cloud environment. You’ll drive deal execution, governance, and system enhancements (CRM/CPQ), with a focus on automation and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Business degree required or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing, or Sales Operations.
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology sales teams.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute complex, high-value deals end-to-end.
• Evaluate non-standard deal requests with cross-functional impact.
• Own deal quote-to-cash process, ensuring policy adherence and accuracy.
• Improve data hygiene and governance in CRM/CPQ systems.
