DigitalOcean is seeking a Deal Strategy Program Manager to scale how we support our sales organization. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and RevOps to move deals forward with speed, sound judgment, and rigorous process.

You’ll own deals end-to-end, shape processes and systems, mentor teammates, and drive automation and AI enhancements to increase speed and accuracy in a fast-paced cloud software environment.

Qualifications

• Business Degree required with 5–7+ years in deal desk, finance, pricing or sales operations.
• Experience owning complex deals end-to-end in a SaaS/cloud environment.
• Strong analytical and policy judgment; experience with contract management a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior advisor on structuring and executing complex, high-value deals.
• Independently evaluate non-standard requests, coordinating across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Own deals end-to-end: quoting, approvals, contracting, quote-to-cash with policy context.
• Improve data hygiene in CRM and enforce pricing governance; define system requirements.
