Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Deal Strategy Program Manager to scale how we support our sales organization. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to move deals forward with speed and rigor, owning complex opportunities end-to-end and shaping processes the team relies on.

You’ll drive deal structure, process improvements, and automation using AI tools, while mentoring others and standardizing playbooks across the global team. Remote-friendly, growth-focused, and analytics-driven.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing or Sales Operations.
Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology sales organizations.
Strong fluency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and reporting platforms.
Contract management and negotiation experience preferred.
Ability to navigate ambiguous deal scenarios and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to Sales leadership on structuring complex, high-value deals.
Independently evaluate non-standard deal requests and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Own deals end-to-end: quoting, approval, contracting, and quote-to-cash with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and resolve edge cases.
Mentor newer Revenue Operations staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
