Job summary

ACT invites a Senior Technical Product Manager of Data Services to lead data management for B2G registration and reporting platforms. You will partner with MRD and Operations, guide end-to-end data and reporting solutions, and oversee registration, data, and reporting tools for ACT’s customers, focusing on interoperable and automated solutions.

The role requires strong API and platform experience, collaboration across technical and business teams, and a drive to modernize platform ecosystems,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of technology or product management experience with requirements writing and roadmap ownership.
• Strong API, interoperability, and integration expertise.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Expert understanding of platforms, pipelines, and APIs.
• Experience with data services and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand market needs and technology trends to build a roadmap for data and reporting services.
• Lead automated enrollment, registration, and reporting tools with tech teams.
• Define direction for data platforms and external integrations.
• Manage institution registrations, hierarchies, and access to reporting data.
• Maintain knowledge of interoperability standards and compliance in education tech.
• Contribute to RFPs and governance across platform initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize efficiency.
