Job summary

ACT Education Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager of Data Services to guide strategic direction and execution of data management for B2G registration and reporting platforms.

You will collaborate with MRD, Operations, and external customers to deliver end-to-end data solutions and oversee registration data tools for ACT’s customers. The role reports to the VP of K12 Education and emphasizes interoperable, automated data delivery, platform modernization, and government compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology or product development/management experience including requirements writing and roadmap ownership.
• Strong API interoperability and integration expertise.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Expert understanding of platforms, pipelines and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand market needs and technology trends to produce a roadmap for data and technical reporting services for institutional customers.
• Manage and enhance automated registration data and reporting tools by writing requirements and partnering with technology teams.
• Manage and enhance enrollment and rostering solutions including the B2B registration tool.
• Define strategic direction for reporting data platforms and internal/external integrations.
• Oversee registration data and customer access/permissions for reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of interoperability standards for education technology and build a strategic roadmap.
• Serve as product contact for platform consolidation and modernization involving B2B registration and reporting.
• Contribute to RFPs for areas of expertise as needed.
• Provide data analytics tools to product managers and build scalable data delivery to third parties.
• Establish customer satisfaction metrics and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with architects on epics and feature stories.
• Oversee audits and compliance for RFPs and data platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics for optimization and efficiency.
• Support training documentation and demos for new features.
