Actian Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of Smart Data Products within our ecosystem. This fully remote, senior individual contributor role offers high strategic visibility and the chance to shape how users interact with data using AI-driven agents.
You will translate the CPTO's strategy into a scalable data product roadmap, guide discovery through launch, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver
Competenze
- 5+ years in Software Product Management focused on data products or AI/ML.
- Experience with open source technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in fast-paced startups and complex enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and data catalogs.

- Translate the CPTO's vision into a scalable Data Product roadmap.
- Manage product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.
- Lead data product development within Actian's Data Intelligence Platform.
- Oversee AI agents controlling data products for end-users.
- Lead cross-functional squads in an Agile environment.
- Champion AI product development tooling to accelerate delivery.
- Partner with GTM teams to position data products and drive adoption.
- Navigate corporate complexity while keeping startup agility.
