Lyra Health is seeking a self-driven Sr. Data Scientist - AI Research to join our remote-ready team. You will partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams on AI/ML initiatives to enhance mental health care experiences for members and providers.

The role supports remote work within the United States or onsite at Burlingame, CA. Ideal candidates have deep data analysis experience, expertise in Python and SQL, and a strong statistical background to build predictive models and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis in an industry setting, preferably with product analytics in AI/ML.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, business, and clinical domains.
• Strong understanding of statistical applications and methods (experimentation, probabilities, regression).
• Experience developing analyses using irregular data from disparate sources and cleaning data prior to deriving insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with Data, Product, Engineering to enhance the Lyra platform for providers and clients.
• Build data pipelines with data engineers to apply clinical logic to raw data.
• Extract actionable insights, develop predictive and generative models, and evaluate for product iterations.
• Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests for internal and external stakeholders
