Job summary

SAIF Corporation seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Data Management & Analytics team. You will lead testing for data pipelines, ETL, reports, and dashboards, driving automation and data-quality best practices.

You'll collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliable analytics powering business decisions, with a mix of remote, in-office, and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of quality assurance and software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing data and analytics products, including data validation and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with test automation, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and defect tracking tools; SQL and Python knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute QA strategies for reliable data analytics products.
• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and automated solutions; perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing; lead UAT.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to meet quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Review requirements and designs to identify quality risks and improve testability.
• Support release planning and communicate quality metrics and readiness to leadership.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and automation to boost efficiency.
• Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting production issues.
• Report quality metrics and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Act as backup QA for other IT areas; on-call may be required.
