McKesson is seeking an Sr Manager, Data Process Excellence & Transformation to lead operational processes for client data feeds and data products. You will design, standardize, and optimize workflows, advance automation, and ensure quality and reliability in client services.

You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and product teams, coach a growing team, and drive organizational change to improve efficiency and service outcomes.

Formación

• 9+ years of experience leading operational, process management, data operations, or service delivery functions.
• Experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments.
• Experience implementing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and operational governance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of operational processes supporting client data feeds and data products.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual effort, reduce operational risk, and improve scalability.
• Establish and maintain process governance, procedures, controls, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, efficiency, automation, and operational maturity.
• Lead organizational and process change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
