Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; 9+ years in operational, data operations, or service delivery.
• Proven success leading operational transformation, process redesign, and automation adoption.
• Experience implementing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and governance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience partnering with business, product, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of client data feeds and data products.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
• Establish and maintain process governance, procedures, controls, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on service quality, efficiency, automation, and maturity.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service commitments and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and service measures.
