• Experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments.
• Proven success leading operational transformation initiatives: process redesign, automation adoption, standardization, quality improvement.
• Experience implementing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and governance practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of operational processes supporting client data feeds and data products.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
• Establish and maintain process governance, procedures, controls, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on service quality, efficiency, automation, and operational maturity.
• Lead organizational and process change management to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Oversee day-to-day operations supporting client-facing data feeds and data products.
• Ensure service commitments and delivery schedules are met; manage issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and monitor operational performance metrics and partner with cross-functional teams.
