Job summary

Adoreal is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead and scale our data engineering organization. You will build a modern data platform, lead a distributed team, and partner with product, analytics, and business leaders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and scalable.

You will strengthen analytics capabilities, drive high-impact insights, and shape data architecture and product capabilities in a remote-first environment with select U.S. state hiring eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering or data platform development.
• Experience managing data teams and delivering analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud data ecosystems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a distributed data engineering organization across time zones.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Oversee dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools with BI platforms.
• Ensure data quality, observability, and governance across data systems.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights.
