Job summary

Adoreal is seeking a Senior Data Engineering Manager to architect and scale our modern data platform. You will lead a distributed analytics team and partner with product, analytics, and business leaders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and scalable.

You will drive ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and observability, delivering high-impact insights that inform product decisions and strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Systems or related field.
• 7+ years in data engineering, data platform development, or related roles with team management.
• Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Strong SQL and programming skills (Python, Scala).
• Data modeling, schema design, and real-time data ingestion strategies.
• Excellent communication to translate analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team across time zones.
• Architect and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Oversee dashboards and analytics tooling with BI platforms.
• Prioritize analytics projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Champion analytical excellence and KPI definition.
