Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Data Management & Analytics – Advisory team in the US. The role focuses on data-driven assessments, value-stream mapping, and developing actionable roadmaps for clients in healthcare and related sectors.

You will translate client needs into strategic roadmaps, build executive summaries, and contribute to dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project scope.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and Word; strong Excel skills.
• Experience with BI/Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• SQL programming experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data platforms and cloud data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, synthesize documentation, and develop value stream maps.
• Synthesize stakeholder interviews and identify process improvements.
• Develop ROI analyses and business cases for data initiatives.
• Create executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word.
• Analyze client data in Excel and build dashboards.
• Develop reports and visualizations in Power BI.
