Huron, a global consultancy, seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Assessments team in the United States. You will analyze data, map value streams, and translate client needs into executable roadmaps for leadership approval, collaborating with an integrated team to deliver measurable impact.

You will synthesize stakeholder interviews, develop future state visions, and craft business cases with ROI analyses, while building dashboards and executive summaries to support strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.
• 1+ years of experience using BI & Visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL programming.
• 1+ years of experience working with data sources such as Databases, Data Lakes or Cloud Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management or Information Systems or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Analyzing data, synthesizing documentation, developing value stream maps, drafting future state process designs.
• Synthesizing client stakeholder interviews, identifying process improvement opportunities
• Developing recommendations, building business cases, defining ROI for proposed data management modernization initiatives.
• Developing executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word
• Analyzing client documentation in Excel
• Development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI
