Job summary

Huron is seeking an expert to lead Insights Management as a Service, shaping analytics offerings and AI roadmaps for healthcare consulting capabilities. The role combines hands-on design with project and stakeholder management, reporting to the Senior Director of Insights Management.

The ideal candidate will guide data engineering, AI, and analytics teams, drive innovative data solutions, and align technical roadmaps with business goals while supporting enterprise-wide performance improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Care Informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Current permanent US work authorization required
8+ years of healthcare consulting experience
Proven analytical skills with large, comprehensive data sets
Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and internal stakeholders
Role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel for internal or client meetings

Responsibilities

Design and implement data processes for healthcare capabilities
Manage roadmaps and executive report outs to consulting leadership
Shape creation of analytics-based offerings in market with leadership
Lead cross-disciplinary teams across data engineering, data science, and AI-related engineering
Develop diverse technical assets and proprietary methodologies for the firm
Drive innovation in data science applications and analytics for healthcare
Collaborate with data engineering to design scalable solutions
Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
Grow customer relationships by building trust in data and insights
