Faire is seeking a highly experienced technical leader in the data space to define technology strategy and roadmaps across Platform and Product groups. You will balance hands-on development with broad architectural influence, guiding data engineering, data science, and analytics teams.

In this role you will shape scalable data pipelines, establish governance and cost controls, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable, secure data assets that power product analytics and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and operating data streaming, batch, ETL/ELT systems at scale.
• Experience defining architecture patterns and building reliable data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; data warehousing experience at scale.
• Understanding trade-offs in performance, capacity, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Plan and guide architecture for data ingestion, storage, and analytics platforms at scale.
