Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Engineer to drive complex data migration and transformation across claims, policy, financial, and onboarding systems. You will lead end-to-end conversions, design mapping strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, auditable data deliveries.

The role is remote with periodic travel to CCMSI branches; you should have strong SQL/ETL expertise, data validation, and automation skills to improve speed and quality of data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years leading data conversion/migration projects.
• Strong SQL and relational databases experience.
• ETL/ELT design and implementation experience.
• Data mapping, transformation, reconciliation and validation know-how.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Automation development to streamline conversions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~4x per year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion projects from discovery to production.
• Analyze source systems; craft conversion strategies and mapping docs.
• Design and execute migration plans for multiple data domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage concurrent initiatives with timelines and quality standards.
• Develop automated data transformation processes and reusable frameworks.
