Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Engineer to lead complex data migration and transformation across claims, policy, billing, medical, and financial systems. You will own end-to-end conversions, build automation, and collaborate with operations, IT, and analytics to ensure accurate, auditable data.

The role requires strong SQL, ETL/ELT design skills, and experience handling large datasets. Remote work with periodic travel to CCMSI branch locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading data conversion/migration projects.
• Strong SQL & relational databases experience.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT processes.
• Data mapping, transformation, reconciliation & validation experience.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Automation solution development to streamline conversions.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion projects from discovery to production.
• Develop conversion strategies, mapping docs, and transformation specs.
• Design and execute migration plans for multiple data domains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage multiple conversions while maintaining timelines and quality.
