Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Senior Data Conversion Engineer to lead complex migration and transformation initiatives across claims, policy, financial systems, and onboarding platforms. You will own end-to-end data conversion projects from discovery to production, designing robust ETL/ELT processes and validating data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading data conversion efforts, strong SQL skills, and experience with relational databases and cloud-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading data conversion, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases; experience designing ETL/ELT processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead end-to-end data conversion projects from discovery through production implementation.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data transformation processes using SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Independently work end-to-end data conversion projects from discovery through production implementation.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data transformation processes using SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud-based technologies.
• Develop validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of converted data.
